Our goal was to create a more competency-based approach and more comprehensive tools and support to help partners guide their customers adopting modern data strategies based on the Cloudera hybrid data platform. In addition, CPN helps our partners go to market faster, and provides industry-leading incentives and promotions aligned with partner business and sales models.
That goal hasn’t changed. That’s why we have just released new sales, technical and industry accreditations.
The new accreditations validate a partner’s proficiency in the value of Cloudera products and solutions, and are designed to help partners build their knowledge of Cloudera products, programs, tools and resources, enabling them to effectively position and solution customer use cases. The new accreditations,

Sales Accreditation
Our new sales accreditation is a foundational, easy to consume, learning journey for partner sales professionals that enables partners to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the value of the Cloudera Data Platform and their ability to position it as a solution for enterprise Data Management business challenges.
Technical Accreditation Track
Our technical accreditations validate a technical professional’s knowledge and understanding of the Cloudera Data Platform (CDP). These accreditations follow a tiered approach to content rigor and assessment that progresses from foundational to advanced.
The accreditations are geared to pre-sales engineers, solution & data architects, platform admins, and data practitioners.
Cloudera Industry Accreditations
Intended to complement the foundational accreditations for both sales and technical professionals, our industry accreditations deepen a partner’s new Cloudera knowledge in industry verticals. The following courses are available for telecommunications, financial services and manufacturing. Insurance, retail and healthcare accreditations will be added later this year.
The accreditations are free of charge for Cloudera partners and are valid for two years. Accreditations are badged by Credly.*
